The Food Technology Department is under the Faculty of Agriculture-Animal Science, University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The organizational structure of the Food Technology department consists of the Head of the Department, the Secretary of the Department, the Head of the Food Technology Laboratory, lecturers, administrative staff, and students.
